As we all may know, PSN has returned. It has been down since the 20th of April, but returned May 14. Sony stated that the complete restoration will not come until May 31st. Until that time, PS Store has been offline which meant all of the PS 'goodies' PSN members were supposed to receive were delayed until then. On June 2nd, the PS Store returned with a few errors. The 'Welcome Back' PS Program did not return until the follwing day (June 3rd). What the Welcome Back program includes are two PSN games from a list of five, and an additional two PSP games from a separate list of four.
